Returns and Refunds

At Art to Fabric we are committed to delivering the best possible service and products to our customers and we seek a satisfied customer at the end of each and every transaction.

Please read our Returns and Refunds policy carefully which explains what is and isn’t possible once you’ve placed your order. We’re happy to take any questions for clarification that you might have.

Cancelling An Order

Once we receive your order, you’ll automatically receive an email confirmation.

 If you wish to cancel your order at this stage, please contact us at your earliest opportunity by replying to your confirmation email or better still, calling us.

We’ll be happy to refund any payments that you’ve made at this point but because we are charged at percentage of your bill by our payment processing supplier and they do not refund that charge to us, we reserve the right to withhold that amount from your refund.

At the next stage of your order’s fulfilment journey, you will receive an email stating that we are processing your order and as such your order will be in production and therefore, we cannot cancel it at this point.

Order Not Delivered

Once we’ve made your order, we’ll ship it to you using the service that you’ve chosen at the checkout stage of your order, and you will receive an email stating that this has been shipped and at this stage you’ll receive your shipping tracking details.

If you have not received your order within the delivery timescales of the service you have chosen at checkout (for example, Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of 2 to 3 working days) please contact us. Please be aware that you need to have contacted us no later than 30 days from despatch date in order for us to accommodate any claim for non-delivery of your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

In the unlikely event that your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect please contact us as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from receipt of your order otherwise we cannot accept a claim for these.

In the case of faulty goods, we may ask you for a/some photograph(s) of the issues and perhaps to return it to us for inspection ahead of a replacement of refund.

Where we accept the goods are faulty we will refund any expense you have incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

If You Change Your Mind

Please be aware that the items that you purchase from Art to Fabric are manufactured specifically for you and as such are personalised.

In the event that you do not want your order for any reason other than their being faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will be unable to refund you.

Refunding Payments

Refunds will be made via the payment method used for the original order and we will endeavour to make these within two working days but you should allow up to five working days for these to clear.

As stated previously, any processing fees that we incur while taking your transaction will be deducted from you if the reason for the refund was cancellation prior to the processing of your order.
